structure

structure means language; specifically a word or groups of words.. more specifically, "structures" are ideas or words that change here and there according to some general rules.. these changes further specify what the words are trying to say, within certain contexts.. [edit] examplefor example, the word "significado" in the spanish translates to the word "meaning" in the english.. as the signficado of the word "significado" gets connected and confirmed, it gets more familiar and better known.. this word significado can now provide context to help define new language like: que significa?WHAT DOES IT MEAN? the word "signfica" is similar to "significado", so maybe both words mean something similar.. the different contexts where they are used may provide some clues as to why the "structure" changes slightly and what that change wants to say.. point is, similar words with slightly different form, usage and meaning can also be seen as variable "structure" to communicate similar meaning.. [edit] analogy"structures" are like trees with branches and twigs and leaves that reach out in all agreeable directions.. but the core, the structure is in the trunk.. you might chop off a branch here or there and the tree will survive.. chop off the trunk and the tree dies.. "structures" are also like little living cells that adapt to work with other cells (or structures).. together, separate structures adapt to work together in useful ways; they come together to assemble meaningful phrases, lines, sentences, paragraphs, stories, novels, etc. etc.. [edit] fix me"structure" is a TPRS term.. "chunk" is a twext term.. both need work.. now we're free.. any ideas for a better word we can use to name this thing?
