xo is the name of the "children's machine" or "$100 laptop" project.. it comes from MIT.. for more info see: the xo is a revolutionary computer intended for distribution to millions of children all over the world.. the idea is to enable more equal access to education for all the world's children.. tools like the xo, gphone, mesh-networking give more and more of us unprecedented access learning.. never in history have kids around the world been able to communicate with each other so easily.. how are they gonna learn each others language? might some like to play a game of storyasking? some other tools might work into the mix:
